The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service. However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time and location. Given how fast the bus was going, you may also want to ask them for the best spot to stand so the driver can see you clearly.

清掃環境問題なし。清潔です。 不満は館内の施設に大したモノがないこと。 温泉は露店か屋内の２種類。利用時間の決まったサウナ。 宿泊客のみ利用できる大型の屋内風呂。 本当にただの宿泊施設として使うのには最適です。

快適な温泉と満足感のある食事、リーズナブルな料金

初めて宿泊しました。日帰り温泉の露天風呂と宿泊者専用の内湯があり、両方とも広くゆったりとして気持ちよく入れました。夜の懐石料理は金目鯛1匹の煮付けや釜飯、朝の種類豊富なバイキングに大満足です。機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

滞在が心地良い。

送迎車がホテルまで運んでくれスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。湯河原の湯はさっぱりしていて温まりますがここの湯は三つありますが清潔感がありどれも素晴らしくずっと入っていられます。どの従業員さんもおもてなし、笑顔、親切でそれが自然にされています。朝食バイキングはお客要求が細部まで提供されていて大満足でした。 食、お湯、おもてなし共、気持ちのいいホテルでした。

女性ひとりでも安心して気持ちよく泊まることが出来ました。朝食のみのプランにしました。夕食は軽くていいやと思って喫茶のような食事処で軽くうどんにしたのですが、しっかりと食べたい方は夕食付きプランにした方がいいかもしれません。（お刺身定食はありました。）駅弁のようなものを買って来れば良かったと後悔しましたが、すぐ近くにコンビニがあるので、あとからお買い物に行きました。
