"L’Accès direct à l’aéroport est un plus sans contestation. Repas du soir pris sur place et de qualité correcte. Le personnel tant au restaurant qu’à la réception a été professionnel et sympathique. Petit bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui mérite un coup de peinture en partie basse. Ça ne joue en rien sur lhebergement mais on se dit que ce n’est pas du niveau que l’hôtel compte conserver. "The airport shuttles are not continuous. I had to take a cab to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I had to wait to check in, as the front desk is not manned continually. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I asked to have my room serviced, and the front desk started to push back and required me to insist that they service the room. The hotel appears to be structured for a single night's stay."

"Friendly atmosphere, clean, lots of tables & chairs to chat & eat on ground floor. Very helpful staff. 3 min walk from Diegem station. At checkout Jun 9, a gentlemen at concierge & maintenance gent helped me break the manual padlock on my luggage as I misplaced the key. They did the extra mile without much fuss to help me with my unusual problem. Very much appreciated!"

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very helpful. we we arrived there was no ac but it did kinda get fixed after a half day. It was clean but dated. Overall a good place to stay while in Brussels."

"Pleasant location with easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was nice, but the room service wasn't the best. We booked a family suite, but unfortunately, they didn't give us the view we requested. Instead, we had a view of the interior of the hotel, which felt very strange."

"The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to all the tourist sites. But it was still quiet at night. We had the triple room but there were only two of us. There was not much room to move around. We’d still stay here again though because of the great location."

"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."
