"Sound proofing of room not very good, can hear sound of firecrackers and traffics at night during week of Deepavali. Room is clean and spacious, there is also water dispenser on every floor. Lots of dinning and grocery options available nearby."

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "

"Short walk to gurney plaza. Convenient location. Also close to bus stop that heads to town. Clean comfortable room with ample space for luggage. Bathroom -shower with soap and shampoo provided. Communal fridge and freezer as well as a water filter to refill your own bottles. The room we had was upstairs(one floor up). Key pad for main entrance, then card to get into room and activate electricity/air conditioning.... Good value for money and good location, would recommend to family and...

"As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. The room had a luxury feel with nice furniture and large bathroom including a bathtub with a view over the city. Nice! Communication and correspondence before the visit excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We struggled a bit with getting the right temperature from the AC. Breakfast adequate for a few days stay. A bit limited in choices. Staff...

"Stayed at a newly set-up loft/attic unit that is able to fit up to 4 pax, comfortably. A bit of a steep climb up to the attic on the 3rd floor, but its worth the while to be greeted with a nicely decorated albeit simple room and comes with its own balcony area and external open air bathroom! Major plus points since this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to gurney drive. I look forward to the next stay here"
