"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. "Air conditioning in room. Staff very polite and friendly - sorted any queries immediately or sought a colleague who could.
Good breakfast buffet each morning, variety of options for dinner too if choosing to eat at the hotel.
Some decoration work ongoing during stay. Gym present, smaller than expected however. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation "
