Marco's pizza shop there was awesome even if it was extremely American. It was extremally convenient, very good tasting, decent friendly service, and a fair price. One youngish man at the front desk helped me find Cano Tiburones Nature Reserve. That was extremely valuable because I would not have found it otherwise. Greg Allen

Upgraded to the new renovated rooms on the ground floor. The older rooms were too noisy. The staff was very friendly and switch our room. Thank you to Kenny at the front desk and his supervisor.

You have to wait until they wash your used towels to receive them again. Unbelievable! They provide only one soap, so you have to move it from the shower to the sink. Pillows are in need to be replaced long time ago.

Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant. The room we had was really small which we expected but furniture was really old and outdated. The bed was somewhat caved in and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The ac was leaking water on to the night stand and side of the bed. The bathroom to me was the worst. The shower head was old and broken spraying water everywhere it was really small in the stand up shower that I can barely move to scrub myself clean. Above the shower, tile was off which leaves a gap in the ceiling which is concerning. There was only 2 outlets to use in the whole room, one in bathroom and one plug to use in the bedroom. Walls are really thin and you can hear other peoples conversations. I know you get what you pay for, but this hotel is in a really good area and it has so much potential if properly managed It definitely needs remodeling and such.

Hotellet var acceptabelt til prisen. Der var rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var okay, men ikke fantastisk udvalg. Poolen var fin, men der stod en generator lige på den anden side af et hegn og den larmede helt vildt. Værelset var fint, dog var den ene seng alt for hård.

Never the water came out hot when i report it they said we had to let it run 20 min tv did no turn on ,no elevater only stairs 17 stairs lot of noise till late night at night they have no reception and the guard does your check in

I had reserved a Delux 2 bed room. We arrived early before check in and I had called to see if I can do early check in and they charged me almost $33. They had us from room to room because all the roomed showed to us were so outdated, smelled bad, no windows and no ventilation , just horrible all around. Finally , we were able to see the original room that we had and the room was decent. No windows, no ventilation, small. I made a reservation here because of the pictures and reviews. And the pictures posted are not at all how the rooms really are. The breakfast was cold, coffee was burnt. My child was born sick. Got sick just being here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you have kids who were born sick. I can honestly say, that the only thing we liked and enjoyed twice was the pool. They definitely need to upgrade this hotel. Oh, and they were drilling and hammering at 8am near our room. Sorry but, this is not for me or my family .

Hello Ms, Lopez,As per our policy, Check in starts at 3:00PM. We have on records that you checked in at 8:46AM which is 5 hours before. We had stated multiple times our fees and our reasons which you accepted. As per the room, you were showed the room you had selected per the pictures you saw on our website. We had decided to move you to our remodeled and upgraded rooms which are not listed on our profile yet.

Looked like older property. Stairwell leading to room floor needs improvement. Noise level in hotel above acceptable. Lasting into morning hours. Room furniture need upgrade. Hinges are loose. Front desk staff is efficient but need to assist a lot with the facility. No hot water in the hotel.
