We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel during our trip to Aranjuez. The view of the palace was beautiful. The hotel is very beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff was great we goth there a few hours earlier from a long flight and the staff was so nice to give us the room earlier. This made the start of our trip great! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort cleanliness and a touch of charm in Aranjuez

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was wonderful, parking was easy, gym was small but sufficient. The town of Aranjuez was beautiful and a joy to explore. Our only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock but that is also personal preference.

Hotel is very nice, close to the Royal Palace. We had a problem with the room safe (battery had run down) but this was fixed within minutes by a very nice hotel employee. Very impressed by the staff friendly and efficient.

Beautiful clean hotel very spacious rooms comfy bed great shower and mini bar only downside for me was no bacon at breakfast but the selection was still very nice, 36 euro just for the dog to stay with us one night was a bit harsh and i thought id paid for it on arrival check in but was asked on checkout to settle it. But on the whole would stay agian as its a great big hotel and the little town with bars and restraunts is just around the corner ,and the hotel bar is good and the bar staff are nice guys who served us as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the hotels patio.

Ver convenient and comfortable hotel. Disappointing to see so much graffiti and litter surrounding hotel and the palace. Food in the hotel was great which was good as locally there were only a few good restaurants. Not only did not get an upgrade but got up sold on an upgrade which covered parking.

Hotel has a unique location facing the royal palace. It's in easy walking distance to the most important sights:palace, island park,parterre park, plazas,san antonio church,etc. Lots of restaurant nearby. Highly recommend hotel's breakfast. The libby bar is cozy and nice. We got an upgrade into a suite,with wonderful palace view! The rooms are very well equiped with everything we need. The shower is nice. The rooms are really quiey. We never heard any noise even on a fully booked night. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful, going extra miles to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you! We highly recommend the NH Collection Palacial at Aranjuez.

At checkin they pushed me to pay a bit extra for an upgraded room, which I did since that included parking (otherwise you have to buy that separately). Room was spacious even by American standards; by European standards it was massive. It is directly across from the royal palace and my room had a fantastic view from the balcony. I did, however, have trouble finding the hotel as I was driving around on the wrong side of the palace. My upgraded room had vaulted ceiling, small safe, mini bar, wifi,. There is a coffee maker and a separate hot water maker for tea, plus a corkscrew. Bathroom had heated towel rack, robes and slippers, and a separate shower and bathtub, plus toilet and bidet. Breakfast buffet is very generous with lots of options. Only complaint is parking garage is a bit tight (which I experienced throughout Spain).

The staff were all without exception very friendly and helpfull, even though we did not speak Spanish. That was a highlight. I was disappointed that the sauna was not in operation in the gym. The excuse this was due to the risk of Covid is not plausibel. There is no recorded case of someone catching Covid in a sauna and no one was wearing masks in the hotel anyway. It seems this is only a measure to reduce cost for the hotel, then you should be honest and reduce the cost of the accomodation. Also there was no water available at all in the gym, although there was an empty fridge. In summary not the 5 star experience I expected.
