"I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and you could tell they really take pride in maintaining the property. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and always well prepared. What truly made our experience stand out was the staff. They went above and beyond in every way. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even assisted us with finding a money exchange and helped us get a red transportation card for getting around locally, which made our trip so much easier. A special shout-out to Tarik for his exceptional service—he truly made a difference in our stay! Housekeeping was fast, thorough, and consistently did a fantastic job. Overall, the entire team was incredibly helpful and made us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel—we would definitely stay here again!"

"Great, fresh breakfast spread. Room was clean. Then only disappointing part was that we booked two rooms and the room with three beds for our kids was larger was bigger with a bigger en-suite than our room/washroom with the king bed. Having said that, location was amazing (central to all major attraction Kanin sultanahmet) and staff was extremely helpful. "
