"The entire place is filthy, bad experience. Our luggage was taken by them in a different elevator and we were still in the check in area. Not happy with that move at all. Checkout took us forever, too many questions. "

"They apparently overbooked themselves and didn't acknowledge our bookings made from a while ago and left us stranded in an alien city. The staff was extremely lazy and unhelpful and simply ignored our predicament. I suspect they got requests for room with offers that were higher than what we booked through Expedia and they just chose to ignore our bookings. I hope the Expedia platform atleast looks into this practice."

"Good value for money, nothing much in the neighborhood, but location is good if you have to go to Eco Park Exhibition Centre . But hotel is very difficult to find for Taxis, no identification outside, looks like private house."
