Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake.

Staff was very nice and easy to talk to. They made airport pick up and drop off smooth. The room was not terrible but some weird smells and beds not super comfy. Great location to walk to nearby coffee shops and the lake view is very pretty.

Beautiful pagoda in Hanoi... possible to walk but recommend to have a motorbike take you as it’s just outside of the main city area and easy to rent or hail someone to take you. Worth the views!
