"This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large by European standards and modern and very clean. The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed this place. We walked all over the old town and found a great restaurant (Bon Pain Bon Vin). Loved our time in Annecy."

"Newly renovated, this hotel shines in its plush comfort, beautifully decorated rooms and hotel staff that were exceptional in every detail. The location was excellent also right in the heart of Old Town Centre and canals. Train station is a five minute walk. A fabulous winner all around!"

"J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, le personnel était très accueillant. La proximité avec la gare est idéale. Et de l’hôtel on peut se rendre a pied au lac, à la vieille ville etc ce qui est super. La chambre était très propre. Super séjour, merci"
