Consider putting plugs at the bunkbeds for electronics access Room and bathroom trashcans were super small Room temperature felt very warm, could only adjust down to 67 degrees Would have loved for real washcloths in the room vs. the paper ones. Pros: Nice size family room Clean common areas Loved the coffee room Beautiful hotel overall"

I wish I knew this information because going there. The check in and out is done with the servers of the restaurant too. All the staff are very helpful and nice."

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating when we asked if we could store our things for a few hours after checkout. The road is a little noisy when the window is open but you can use the aircon to keep the room cool. The window also has an outside blind which can be put down. Short distance to Haarlem centre."
