The hotel itself is modern, clean, and high‑tech throughout. The metro station is only a five‑minute walk away, and the surrounding area feels safe and well‑lit, even at night. Staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful during our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again."

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
