"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast menu is varied plentiful and very good. Gillian and Karen are very friendly and helpful. Have to mention the desserts which we had one evening which were delicious.

"Parking was easy, check-in was quick with welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, well-appointed with plenty of hot water pressure. We enjoyed a good quality evening meal in the restaurant and returned for a breakfast that offered many options the following morning."

"The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious both in the restaurant and 24 hour cafe and very reasonably priced. It was the second time we have stayed there, and when we visit Northumberland again we will not hesitate to stay there again "
