"O hotel em si é simplesmente incrível. A paz que o lugar transmite. É uma completa desintoxicação do estresse e loucura da cidade grande, bem como alimentar. A alimentação é saborosa e natural. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem limpos, o chuveiro é muito bem também. A area da piscina é uma delícia e o bar oferece um serviço acolhedor, é excelente. O staff como todo é maravilhso. "Bom hotel! O quarto 210 ruim Ar condicionado com cheiro de mofo, e o andar passou por manutenção no sábado! Muito barulho logo cedo! 7 horas! Isso foi muito chato! Se iam fazer manutenção no andar, não deveria ter colocado ninguém no andar! Hotel tava vazio!"

Tudo superou nossas expectativas: instalações impecáveis, quartos confortáveis, áreas comuns lindíssimas e um café da manhã excelente. O spa merece um destaque especial. Carol e Deise foram excepcionais, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor, profissional e extremamente cuidadoso. As massagens foram maravilhosas e contribuíram para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais relaxante e inesquecível. Na Recepção todos merecem destaque. Como única sugestão de melhoria, acreditamos que a qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor, pois não está à altura do excelente padrão oferecido pelo hotel em todos os outros aspectos. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação. Sem dúvida, voltaremos e recomendaremos a Apple House a amigos e familiares!"

"My partner and I loved staying in this hotel! We felt very welcome when we first arrived with the staff being friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated and feels cosy. The afternoon tea (coffee/tea and a home made cake) was lovely. The breakfast was delicious too! The location is spot on, a short walk to the beach and a short walk into old town. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"If you are looking for a place in the city where all the action is happening and close to restaurants and shops this is your place. It is in the middle of all the action yet you will never know it. The hotel is quite, clean and well maintained. The 2 swimming pools are heated the hot tubs are clean and feel great. We where lucky to find this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandi Staff for making our stay so great."

"most things in the hotel where perfect, room, cleanliness, environment etc. my biggest problem was noise in the morning specially in the rooms facing back, they need to isolate better those windows because they let a lot of noise pass. wifi was also an issue without proper connection. finally shower would fluctuate constantly temperature with is annoying. other than that amazing experience. "
