The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast bar had a good variety and the food was well prepared. Overall good experience.

Ils ne parlent pas français ou très peu. Ils disent qu il y a un restaurant finalement c est un snack ouvert 24/24h 7/7j qui les 2 fois ou j ai voulu prendre a manger c etait fermé. Apres il est bien situé 10min a pied de la gare

We were there at 3pm for a 4pm check in and he waited until the last possible minute for check in. Bathroom door wouldnt close, didnt matter to us but may to aomeone else. They did store our luggage for us while we wandered about. I mentioned i wanted to pay cash and he said fine. He gave us the key card and said elevator is over there but never asked for any money. So i figured ok he forgot and used the card on file or we pay when we leave. Got to the room and after awhile he called saying he needed the money. Said when we go out for dinner ill drop it off. Phoned 30 minutes later and said he would come up to get the money. So he came and got it but never did give me a receipt, which i still havent got. Other then that it was a one night stay and filled our needs.

Lovely staff. Easy, central. Can walk everywhere. Lots of places to eat and listen to music.

Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie. Winkelstraten op loopafstand van 30 meter. Supermarkt in de buurt. Haven op ca 5 minuten loopafstand. Goed ontbijt. Mooie en schone kamer met een heerlijk bed. Lief en behulpzaam personeel.

여유로운 파로 숙소
숙소 자체는 다소 노후된 느낌입니다. 조식은 매우 간단한 형태로 제공됩니다. 리셉션에 가끔 직원이 안보이는 경우가 있지만 앞에서 기다리면 곧 나와서 도움을 줍니다.

The hotel needs a complere revamp as it is not suitable for people to stay anymore. Black mould on windows, inside wardrobe, everywhere in the bathroom. Tired and dirty carpets and bathroom floor. Towels with holes. Clean bedding tho. Really wont stay here again.

It's very good place I travel alone so I quiet night sleep top of my list.Its great position in the city handy for marina city centre, the only thing I didn't like was the shower over the bath.Now I explain as an arthritic over 70 I can't stand on one leg to climb over the bath tub as I would fall over so some grab rails would have helped, I know someone will tut tut but slipping up on wet tiles and spending the night on the wet floor, I said earlier I travel alone.Apart from that excellent place to stay and the staff very friendly so three wupps wup wup wup

It was very walkable to the marina , the city center and all other cultural activities. Amazing bakery across the road. Room was very comfortable lots of pillows good sized bathroom.Super continental breakfast..lots of fresh fruit..great service.

Well located property. Kudos to the team that clean the room - they're awesome and always willing to help! The same cannot be said about the reception team. Their heart is not on their work, and they act as if they were doing a favor to you. All in all, there are better hotels in Faro, for the same price.

1st room has mould in bathroom. Exchange another room after complain. Both rooms are in poor condition, very torn down, very dark inside the room. Elevator broke down when check out. I have to carry my 40 lbs suitcase down by stairs. The hotel only spend on lobby renovation, it is a total different world in guest room. I would suggest “stay away” from stay hotel faro Centro.

Room was cold no ac working. Room had a window only that was not allowed to be opened. Location was fine.

Decent no frills hotel
No frills hotel close to everything of any interest in Faro. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning and pretty quiet so served its purpose for a one night stay.
