"The hotel staff went above and beyond when dealing with any queries, they where friendly and easy to speak with. Upon arrivals we where given tea and biscuits. We unfortunately had ants in our room being the bottom floor I am assuming this is the reason. It was quickly rectified by the staff. But ..."
