"This was a pretty typical budget motel. My grandkids loved having the view of the valley and looking over Johnson City. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. This was the best price I could find on Hotels.com but did not feel like the cheapest hotel in the greater Binghamton area. Clerk was friendly and helpful."

"Room still had toothpaste in the sink. Front desk didn't understand English. The "buffet" breakfast left alot to be desired and the room is very worn and lacks care. Didn't use laundry or gym. "

"No shampoo only have soap. No coffee maker at room. No drawers at all no usb port for phone charging. Bathroom there is only sink for washing. "

"We stayed for 1 night as we were driving through, there was plenty of parking available, we arrived at night the area felt safe. The bed was soooo comfortable! We are bed snobs and typically only like Hilton beds, this had a bed with the comfort level of Hilton. We would definitely stay again!"

"Comfort? Yes, the beds were comfy, and the young lady at the front desk was friendly. Quiet? Hell no. The individual HVAC unit in our room rattled and moaned and whined all night long, and not in a constant din that might have facilitated sleep, either. Anytime we weren't bombarded by that noise, we could hear a shrill beep coming from some alarm system near the main elevator every 30-60 seconds. Just brutal."
