"Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed...

"Nous sommes un peu loin de la ville, et dommage que notre suite donnait une grande partie sur une entreprise désinfectée, on avait demandé la mer, qu'on voyait un tout petit peu. Le dernier point noir c'est qu'à cette période il n'y a pas de restauration. Quand vous marchez pendant 15 km, il est compliqué de refaire une bonne demi-heure de marche pour aller manger le soir, et autant pour revenir. La solution prendre la voiture et payer un parking. Dernier point, j'ai voulu faire une séance...

"Kind staff. Very helpful with top tips and the location was great. On the last day it rained so we were allowed a later check out as we travelled with our young daughter. The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong"

Lovely patio doubles as an al fresco breakfast space, plus a comfortable seating area in front of the hotel for cocktails or coffee while people watching. "Das gebuchte Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon, jedoch war ein dekorativer "Fake-Balkon" vorhanden. Leider war es uns aufgrund der Höhe von ca. 3 Metern nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen, weshalb es permanent geöffnet blieb. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage und war stets tadellos. Lediglich der Duschvorhang wies eine leichte Undichtigkeit auf, was dazu führte, dass der Boden und die Vorleger nach dem Duschen nass wurden. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist...

"The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold. "
