Great hotel, bad lifts

Pros: - very friendly staff all round - good breakfast - very nice rooms, bathrooms and decor - good location and price Cons: - at times very slow room service - very cramped and scary lifts, would often close very fast. Hit us more than once (sensor needs tuning).

The service was impeccable. Was approached by pleasant staff members and warm welcome. Stay was exceptional however the concierge was reluctant to keep our luggage even after we were promised. They kept it for 4hours but damagedy cabin bags and childs backpack. My child left in tears. I would highly recommend this hotel but would be reluctant to leave my belongings with the concierge.

The room is perfect for us it’s spacious. They have gym but sadly I didn’t try it because i don’t have clothes with me so i did go to the swimming pool instead. It’s quite small but i enjoy it. The staff is nice,they're accommodating. It’s perfect like everything is near and convenient to drive. If you’re lazy to drive there are restaurant nearby and so you can go for a walk. I wanna say thank for Miss Lau and the Filipino staff they’re very accommodating when we go to eat our breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Very Clean but Poor Facilities

Very clean, Good Location Near Corniche and city center. The Mnager "Nadrine" is very helpful and she brought my car by herself when we couldn't find the valet guy! But, the hotel facilities are not enough for this number of floors and rooms. They only have 2 elevators so you will keep waiting or using the stairs! Also parkings are not enough and they have very bad Valet service (Rarely to find them available and when they are available they spend very long time to bring it)

Not happy with my stay atRamada Abu Dhabi Cornice

I was told I needed to pay extra for parking, which was not really a problem except it sure had to be disclosed somewhere. Also, you will have to pay for ice. The breakfast buffet was decent. When I asked for butter, the wait staff and chef said it was finished. And it looked like they had no intention of replenishing as it happened again the same day

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. The hotel's condition needs renovation, with outdated premises, disrepair in rooms, and dirty carpets affecting aesthetics and hygiene. My stay was marred by issues like a blocked washroom sink, leaking air conditioning, unclean bed-sheets, and unhelpful reception staff. These issues collectively made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Additionally, I was disheartened by the lack of hospitality exhibited by the reception staff. They appeared indifferent to my concerns and failed to provide the level of service one would expect from a reputable hotel. To make matters worse, I had a concerning experience during the night when two individuals, presumably hotel staff, entered my room without my permission. This intrusion into my personal space was not only unsettling but also a violation of my privacy. I hope that my next visit to your hotel will be a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.

The Room was ok. The shower was „repaired“ by a tape so that the shower head won‘t fall. The Reception Personnel was like profiling the guests which I think it‘s very impolite. It was near the grocery stores.
