Room was clean and warm.when we check in the member of staff was very friendly and helpful.when we came back at night not so good tried to get a drink at bar nobody was there.went to reception and they were on there phone with there back to us

The room was clean and the staff very attentive, however room 228 had cold water despite running it for 10 to 15 minutes. Max move me to another room for My last night 211, where the water temperature was normal
