This property is conveniently located in the downtown area of Aachen. The contactless check-in worked flawlessly. The rooms were adequate and clean, fulfilling all of our needs. A nice bonus is that the beds were quite comfortable.

This is in a terrific location. Very close to the Cathedral and many restaurants. We walked to the train station. The rooms are cozy but clean and comfortable. As a note for other American travelers, once in the building, go up the stairs to the automatic check in machine. I’ve not done that before but it worked very well.

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht alleine ausreichend, allerdings wäre es in der Nutzung mit 2 Personen sehr beengt. Dennoch ist das Zimmer freundlich gestaltet. Die Sauberkeit war ausreichend, jedoch wurde schon länger auf den allgemeinen Direktflächen wie Lichtschalter, Steckdosen, Fenster/Fensterbank schon länger nicht mehr Staub gewischt. Sanitärbereich war sauber, aber auch nur oberflächlich. Trotz allem ohne große Ansprüche ausreichend für eine Übernachtung.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, aber nur in einem mittelmäßigen Reinigungszustand. Zugang per Check-In-Automat funktioniert tadellos, daher hat man keinen Personalkontakt.

Wenn man weiß, worauf man sich einlässt, ist das Boardinghouse eine sehr gute Wahl. Es liegt super zentral und als alleinreisender war das Einzelzimmer für mich völlig ausreichend. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Der komplett digitale Check-In verlief bei mir schnell und problemlos, ich war innerhalb von 3 Minuten auf meinem Zimmer. Der Lage geschuldet bleibt es nicht aus, dass Umgebungsgeräusche auftreten, aber für mein Empfinden war das alles IM Rahmen. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Kurztrip oder Geschäftlich Reisende.

Zeer goed gelegen en de kamer was prima. Inchecken ging goed, al had er wat beter licht kunnen zijn op de automaat.. Locatie is super, midden in de stad en bij de kroegjes en restaurants. Ontbijt: ga naar ExtraBlatt op de markt: een aanrader!!

Ik vind de ligging prachtig. Alleen heel jammer dat je niet binnen komt zonder dat je de bon van het hotel hebt. Buiten staat niks. Wel jammer dat er geen ontbijt is.

Es wäre beim nächsten Mal hilfreich den aktuellen Zugangscode für die Eingangstüren zu haben. Der mir zugesandte Code war veraltet und ein Zugang sowie ein folgender check-in im 1. OG zunächst nicht möglich. Durch eine Mitarbeiterin des im gleichen Haus befindlichen Restaurants erhielten wir den aktuellen Zugangscode.

Hotel alt aber ok. Zimmer, die zur Gasse nach vorne raus gehen quasi nicht bewohnbar. Nachts kann man nicht schlafen, da bis 5 Uhr grölende Menschen rumlaufen. Fenster halten quasi nichts ab.

Great place to stay in central Aachen!

The rooms we rented were very clean and modern. We had just a little trouble getting in as you must put in the code and turn the SMALL knob to the left. It was very comfortable and quiet and the shower was great. Only complaint was that we could not stay connected to the wifi for a couple hours, then somehow it straightened itself out.
