"The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport which is wonderful. Staff were attentive. The executive rooms on the new wing are spacious and comfortable. However, the gym was not functional. It was too hot to exercise in the gym and there were no towels nor drinking water. The breakfast was so so. It was the same every day and the coffee was the worst among the hotels we’ve ever stayed in Vietnam."
