"Getting in to the property was easy and seamless. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a car, so parking was not an issue for us, but parking seemed to be limited to on-street in a fairly densely populated neighborhood. The owners were on site but we rarely saw them. "This is my experience as a overnight stay solo traveler: Room was spacious with some dated furniture and a large bathroom, but no tub. Area was clean, relatively quiet and did not smell. As a single female traveler, I felt really safe with three locks on the door. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. "The hotel check-in was under construction. The area ch was blocked off with plywood. There were a few tables and chairs in the small area to be used for breakfast but also for those checking in and out. We weren’t told about this and were not compensated for the inconvenience. I would have changed hotels if I had c known ahead of time. My husband is legally blind and I am limited in mobility. There is no crosswalk near the hotel to give access to restaurants or stores across the street."
