"The room and bathroom were lovely, very clean and luxurious. The rooms don't have aircon but fans were provided and even on a warm weekend, it was actually OK. The grounds are beautifully kept with plenty of places to walk. The buffet breakfast was included in our booking and again was very tasty and had a great selection. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming and gave us some great advice on where to go. We only had breakfast in the restaurant so can't comment on dinner but it...

Our stay at Roch Castle Hotel was an unforgettable experience! Sleeping in a real 12th-century castle with luxury modern comforts was truly unique. The rooms were spotlessly clean, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the Pembrokeshire countryside.

"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). Property was great. Everything had been thought of.
Couldn’t fault our stay!
