"The amenities stated in the listing were incorrect. There was no smart TV, there was no Microwave and a huge lack of communication. We speak English and Portuguese and the primary contact will not answer you. It is definitely much better to avoid this place, ESPECIALLY if you don’t speak Portuguese. The parking situation alone will make you ever regret not reading this and listening. The staff is amazing and the proximity to the beach is hard to beat. Good luck if you already booked! "

"We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"O flat é muito bom: cama boa, eletrodomésticos novos, tudo limpo. Estacionamento fácil, comodidades ok. Praia na frente do prédio. O único defeito é o chuveiro: ou vc toma um banho gelado ou morre queimado. O pessoal que trabalha no prédio trata o hóspede com uma indiferença triste, atendimento bem ruim. Mas isso não tem nada a ver com o proprietário do flat."

"Foi muito boa nossa estádia no Quality, pois os funcionários são bem atenciosos e solícitos. Hotel limpo e cheiroso. Piscina limpa e tratada. O Quality é próximo a Orla de Tambaú, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes, supermercados e etc. O único ponto negativo é que o check in é as 15h. Poderia ser mais cedo para o hospede poder aproveitar mais. Mi"
