The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Paulo at front desk was very helpful all the time during our stay.

Great hotel, many services, and employees always available to help and solve any problem you may face. Close to many good restaurants and shoppings, close to beach and easy to drive to. It's in a quiet / safe neighbourhood, not "walk" close to where most activities are done in city, but at 5-10 mins by car. App cars are easy to call in the area.

Ótimo serviço, boa localização em João Pessoa

Hotel bem localizado, ótimo atendimento no check in e check out, muito atenciosos, instalações em excelente condições, a limpeza também muito boa. Quarto confortável, tudo bem cuidado. Banheiro estava muito limpo, foi uma ótima estadia. O café da manhã é adequado com muitos itens mas eu diria falta um pouco de sabor, tudo dentro do padrão, mas nada que atrapalhe.

O quarto estava limpo e o ar-condicionado funcionava muito bem. A recepção foi bastante simpática e prestativa, e a limpeza geral estava em ordem. No entanto, a internet era muito lenta e travava com frequência — é necessário melhorar essa conexão. O sabonete poderia ser mais cheiroso, em vez de parecer um simples sabão. O café da manhã também poderia ser mais variado, especialmente com frutas como banana, maçã e melão. Além disso, a preparação da tapioca deveria ser mais visível e sua elaboração, aprimorada.

Adorei o serviço, todos bem atencisos. Café da manhã bem farto, mesmo em um dia que nçao estava muito cheio. Só a cama que não gostamos muito, era superfofa, deu até impressão que era velha demais, mas falei com pessoal na recepção e eles nos avisaram que se tivessemos falado sobre isso, eles teriam trocado por um quarto de malas ensacadas. No mais, tudo bem zeloso e não dormimos mal.

Bom mas precisa melhorar

Boa! Chegamos e o nosso quarto não tinha Wi-Fi. Tinha uma obra no andar inferior com muito barulho. Reclamei na recepção de imediato. No dia seguinte à tarde resolveram a conexão da internet. A obra foi paralizada ou encerrada. O quarto é confortável, limpo e todos muito atenciosos. A cama poderia ser king. O café da manhã precisa melhorar bastante. São muitos itens mas de baixa qualidade. Frutas muito maduras ou passadas; cuscuz não era bom; bolos muito secos; iogurte com temperatura ambiente e não estava resfriado; demora no atendimento de ovos fritos; pratos quentes pouco atrativos! Pão francês massento!
