"I think a lot of Western tourists might be leery because it's not a familiar brand, but it was a great property, great room, great staff. Very happy, would stay again. My only minor criticism is that the on-site restaurant/bar hours were a little erratic, but there's plenty of options within a very short (and safe) walk. Could also use a few more lounges around the pool."

"Food was terrible, buffet was so bad now I am sick. They only serve half cup of coffee or Indian tea. The hotel is located in very bad area, red light area and beggars. Cannot rest, day time is very noisy with cars, 3 wheeler and at night dogs are barking."

"Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel, my worst in all my years as Expedia customer customer. The staff was responsive and helpful but I had to deal with a lot of issues with the room.. The air conditioning kept turning off, water was not coming in tap or shower sometimes. Had to call reception multiple times to fix issues in the room. The last day of our stay my wife got food poisoning eating food from their room service, which was the last straw & most serious for us."

"Everything is okay for location and price.
Restaurant "Don't expect"
Breakfast "Not high Quality" (price 1,xxx Rupee). All about hotel is acceptable.
Unacceptable is the mafia tuk tuk in front of the hotel. Wherever I go, they will come and surround me.
When I call uber. They horrifiedly surrounded the Uber car.
Said to respect my decision (called Uber), but surrounded the Uber. not easy to leave
it's dishonorable
Try to avoid, not to take them
