"ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I was flabbergasted at how awful this place is being ran. From the time I checked in to the last moment I received nothing but poor service. I first checked into the hotel and had to carry my own bags up. I stopped off by the restaurant/bar area and ordered a dirty martini. I was served a drink with spoiled olives inside. "Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "
