"This was my first room rental experience without a hotel host present. Once I understood the arrival process and was texted a door entry code to my room, everything was fine. The room seemed like it was newly painted and furnished. There were some people wondering around confused about checking in, so maybe the process should be better explained beforehand. I would definitely go back there again. The price was very reasonable, and the apartment was in excellent condition."

I had some questions and request regarding flowers being delivered and placed in the room before check-in -- other small items along with additional allergy cleaning etc. Talked to (Mgr.) Kelsey directly at the property a "couple of times" before the trip, she was absolutely wonderful to work with - took care of all of...
