"Jeremiah was friendly, responded quickly, and absolutely great! The apartment was huge, bright and clean and we were so happy to have had this home-away-from-home for a week. Centrally located and loved staying here!"

"Several issues. 1) there was nobody there when I checked in. Only by chance was another flat getting a delivery, so I managed to get into the building. 2) the studio is in the basement, with thr underground running right beneath. You could hear/feel it every few minutes. I wouldn't have booked had this been made clear. 3) the iron and other facilities were not good enough. 4) nobody ever replies when you send a mesaage. 5) the lift was out of order, as were the lights in the hallway,...

"Bed was very comfortable but no shower gel, soap or shampoo was frustrating. More communication needed around the location and how to get through the first door. No hairdryer another annoyance. Better than most budget hotels in the area but room for improvement "

"If I ever need to go back to London I would chose it again, location is the best thing, close to Picadilly street, Hyde Park, etc."
