"One of the best, if not, the best budget hotel i stayed in."

"good location, good staff, clean. breakfast wasn't that good."

"Excellent hotel. Very clean and close to shopping and food."

"A good hotel. Comfortable and convenient."

"Silp-Pa Phra is an interesting place alright. First you arrive you think it’s an art gallery but they also have hotel rooms too. The hotel rooms have that art flair too, the room, the bathroom and shower are set out pretty good too. The outside area is very nice and has the tranquility of rural Thailand. I’ve noticed the staff are friendly and could not have been more helpful. If you come to Ayuttaya and need accommodation, I’d recommend Silp-Pa Phra to anyone."

"Just one night is enough for me"

"Charming hotel with friendly host."

"Television not working and microwave not working and check-in was incredibly difficult and nobody there to refund the deposit when checking out. Do not be fooled by photos."

"The room was clean and nice, but the as not ready for our arrival, we had to wait while they made the bed. (15.00) BY Far the biggest issue though was the directions on Expedia took us to a location 22 kms from the actual hotel. Fortunately a group of locals managed to find the core address in the internet!! We were not happy! "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is ferfect: from Ayuttaya train station, you can take the boat to cross the river , and walk to the hotel. The price is very affordable : great value for traveller looking for cheap and clean hotel in Ayuttaya. "

"Clean site and friendly stuff."

"Excellent stay close to the historical park, around a 20 minute walk to either of the historical park entrances, and a quick grab. Nice rooms with hot showers, comfy bed, good AC, friendly hosts, and beautiful common areas. Best way to visit Ayutthaya!"
