"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day.
I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone.
Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. The aircon wasn't working so I messaged on Facebook messenger and got a reply to turn it off and turn it back on, which I'd already done. I think it was the staff that messaging. "The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. There is a common waiting area at level 2. They provide a hot/cold water dispenser and a dining table so that you can eat there. The staff are helpful. It's a worth staying here with affordable price. Definitely will repeat staying here if i plan to come here again."
