"Staff are extremely helpful, although few things which are very important they should look into it. There were no basic toiletries like hand soap and shampoo, just on first day. I took with me probably the staff saw it and that's why they didn't bring it. They definitely need to do pest control. There was a mice in my room. I bought food and that's was £20. I threw it all away it literally going every where. Spoke to reception and they said they will change my room if I want but that's not...

"This place was perfect for a one night stay in London. Our room was very small for three girls, but it got the job done! Bathrooms were pretty clean. House is a little squeaky, so you can hear when people are walking. Would recommend for a short stay!"

"This hotel is very close to the St Pancras/Kings Cross rail station, so it is very convenient. There is a lot of construction in the neighbourhood, but it did stop during regular sleeping hours. My room was large for London, especially the WC, and the shower had good pressure and was easy to set. The bed was very firm, and there were lots of pillows. I would return here if I need to catch the Eurostar with a tight timeline."

"The hotel was generally very good. Unfortunately we were given a room on level 2 which is actually below ground, so we had a fake 'window' with no view. This should have been explained at the time of booking."

"It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."
