"Staff said it's overbooking when i arrived there. So they changed my room to Vayla samran1 (we had to drive to vayla1 it is located in a different spot) which the room is cheaper, lots of noises and not that comfy as in Vayla2. When i asked the housemaid she told me that the room in vayla2 still available that's so contrast what the lady staff said. I was so disappointed during stayover there. The room was not clean, no fridge, and hot water machine didn't work."

"Het echtpaar wat dit hotel runt heeft geen enkele affiniteit met klanten.Goedendag zeggen is al een probleem. Heb hier 3 weken gezeten, vroeg of ik de laatste dag iets langer op de kamer kon blijven, geen sprake van. De hotelbezetting was 20%"

"Spacious room well equipped with everything we needed. Clean and convenient location to floating and train markets. The woman who works at the check in counter was very kind and helpful.
