"Hot tub was not good, the water was bubbling up so hard it was splashing in our face and was very strong chlorine. Heater in the room was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Tv/cable outdated"

The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!!
