"Staff was beyond rude, sarcastic and I did not feel like I was wanted there. We, group of 20 people encounter so many times were the staff did the most. At one point we ordered food and they told us no because were ordering too much food, they didn't bring out certain food we asked for. They said no to making some drinks, just overall bad customer service skills. "

"We stayed in the sunset suite and had a nice view of the ocean and sunset. The mini kitchen was nice so we were able to cook breakfast, something we enjoy doing. The beach is nice and we saw a lot snorkeling there. We had trouble with the WiFi in the bedroom on several occasions so we couldn't stream shows on the TV.
