"I had a room on the 7th floor with yve view of the hotel next door. The room smelled old. Room service was impossible to get on the phone. I did enjoy the gym and the water was hot and it is very well located."

"My wife and ai stayed 7 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it. The breakfast was the best, very delicious with lots of variety and healthy. That's important to me as I love good food. Our room was great we got the exact room we paid for the city view was amazing. Getting to and about from the hotel was also great with the taxi service personnel looking after our every need. "The motorcycles at night were INCREDIBLY loud! We couldn't talk on the balcony, couldn't hear the TV, and didn't get to sleep for 3 hours. We will probably be looking for a different place to stay when in Panama City from now on (or until we're notified that the issue has been resolved)."

I recently went to Panama in September 2025 and stayed at another hotel but decided to stay somewhere else (even though I had a good time at my past hotel). "The location was very neat UNTIl we tried to fall asleep. There was a considerable amount of noise from the road and nearby parking lot. Loud trucks drove to the cruise ship area at all hours. We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself.
