it had a nice breakfast buffet, but to sleep at night it was very noisy! doors slamming and you could hear peoples footsteps above your bed. also pillowcases had a musty smell to them. staff was very nice

Sorry about the noise and the pillowcase. We do have a 24 hour front desk and they're able to replace any items in your room and possibly move you to another room.

My family and I liked staying there for 2 nights. The only thing I would change is you really don’t have much privacy in the bathroom everyone can hear you.

We were very disappointed and insulted when we arrive 2 hours earlier and was charge $30.00 for early check in. Our room was ready and the hotel was not full. The room 409 air ducts was very noisy. I checked other room on the 2nd floor it was very quite.

We didn't mean to insult you with the early check-in fee. It is part of our Wyndham Member rewards PERKS and not mandatory for our guests. 3pm is our check-in time. We also have a 24 hour front desk and happy to assist with any issues during your stay.

I paid big money for the room and when I asked for two glass wine for our wine bottle given it was a special occasion, there refused and gave me two cheap plastic cup!!!!

I'm sorry. We don't serve alcohol on our property, hence no wine glasses. Cheers to your health and safe travels. We hope the worse part of your stay is drinking wine from plastic cups. Life is good.

Brand new hotel, hidden basement garage parking, ramp around the side with 2 EV chargeimg stalls, wasn’t able to get the one farthest from the exit to work, seemed firmware was frozen, the other was hogged by another Tesla the 2 days we were there, it’s supposed to be charging stalls only- charge and move-, but this individual wasn’t considerate- hotel should charge a substantial idle fee. Tesla supercharger 5 mins away so not a huge issue. Overall For the cost it was great. A few things I would complain about if I had paid twice as much like another chain down the road was asking… we had a ground floor room and we could hear everyone in the hallway, outside as well as in the room above clear as day, like they were in the room with us. also someone was clearly smoking a whole joint somewhere, either outside out of window view or in a nearby room because our room filled with the odor to the point we were concerned we would get a contact high, but oddly it didn’t make it into the hallway.

Thank you for the review and for the feedback. We will do better in checking the EV chargers. The Air comes from the outside and not from other rooms. We'll look more into that.

There was no shower curtain. How do you miss that? Despite calling ahead to confirm, no one mentioned the limited shuttle service for the airport - we couldn't get one. Poor communication, dated facility, all around inferior.

Are you mistaken us for another hotel? We have shower curtains and shower doors in all of our rooms. And we do not offer shuttle service...ever. And our property is 6 months old.

Nice new property overall. Dog fee is way too high though, and the breakfast is very poor. Hotel breakfast is never too amazing, but this one was really really poor. It's like Motel level.

The front staff was friendly and courteous. The room was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. There is not much around the hotel. There is a Texas Roadhouse. It was a bit dark at night. There could be more outdoor lighting. The breakfast was good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage including bagels. We felt safe in the hotel. It was farther than I expected from UVM, maybe 20 minutes.
