The place was okay. I hated the fact that the rooms are way too close and next to each other. Also as you enter your room the bed will be like 2ft away from you. The bed is relatively close to the doorway. Also the tv is not centered to the bed as well. Lastly it seems like a lot of people had complained during my stay there. From guests not having tissue to keys not working. The windows weren’t cleaned especially in the lobby area and were grimy. I believe the place can be way better than it was in my last visit.

The pictures online do not match what it looks like inside. Very misleading. There was a bandaid under the sheets as soon as I pulled them back and what looked like blood splatter on the curtain, window and mini fridge. We were very uncomfortable and left.

The elevator was out all weekend on Memorial Day weekend. They didn’t let us know until Friday night at 10 PM when I checked in and my room was on the seventh floor. I had to climb seven flights of stairs three trips to get the luggage up there for me and three kids by myself. Needless to say I had to call into work on Tuesday because I hurt my knee going up and down the stairs they gave us no discount no even I’m sorry they were kind of rude about it like we inconvenienced them that we were upset about the issue with the stairs. It was 88 steps, seven flights of stairs. Unacceptable.

1) entering the hotel . Electric sliding doors were not working. Had to go around to get in. 2) reception area not clean. 3) elevator in the hotel was not working our room was on the third floor. Had to carry all our luggage. 4) room was unclean and Bed had old bed sheets.

The elevator was out every evening for some reason. It would work in the morning, but be broken by the evening. The sauna, hot tub, and laundry room are also broken. However, they don't selectively work. The outside property is full of trash and smells. Staff is slow and takes 20 minutes per person no matter what. There was a sign stating a free upgrade by dropping your business card into a bowl. Staff had no idea how to honor that offer. Water for showers is lukewarm, never hot. This hotel is not worh the money. Youre better off going to another one where the amenities work.
