Room was ok. Clean and tidy. Shower in room needs replacing. Dinner was excellent and staff fantastic.

The rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom could be bigger and the hand basin is dangerous as when closing the door we both hit the corner of the wooden surround.

Ensuite needs a smaller vanity. Difficult to move around and to help quest with limited movement. Double bed too hard. Fridge too low, needs to be elevated.

We would appreciate some further feedback on the hidden charges you have mentioned as our room rates include a Continental Breakfast, Complimentary WIFI, Free Parking, Complimentary Tea & Coffee making Facilities and Free use of our Swimming Pool. Our only extras are Mini Bar and if you dine in our Restaurant. Please feel free to contact the hotel should you wish to discuss this further. My apologies if you had concerns about your bathroom, a call to our Reception Team could have had that rectified. Thank you for staying with us.
