"We stayed here 12 years ago having enjoyed it then. The property seems to have expanded exponentially. Great service, staff, superb breakfast and choices. Very comfortable living and you don't have to walk anywhere..always a handy shuttle within a phone call. Property has class! Will visit again. More affordable weekdays."

"The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel welcome from the start. The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there. "

"*this is during May, off peak season for khaoyai* Pros - Rooms were spacious and clean, lobby and facilities are nice, breakfast spread was good (more during wkends), mini bar and water was replenished daily and generous, facilities were spaced out quite far but buggy services prompt and frequent, staff were friendly and willing to help. Great for a quiet retreat. Cons - construction still ongoing around the lake so the view is not as great as advertised but hotel can’t be faulted for this."

"Overall is not bad but there are two issues need to highlight. The pillow is too soft, not firm enough to support the neck. The morning breakfast a thumb down for me. Not much choices and same menu everyday. Staffs are friendly and always put on a smile n greet everyone."

"The room had a quite bad mold odor. The property quite ran down. We wanted to leave but we could not find another room nearby because it was an holiday weekend. The stuff was not very helpful. They tried to switch us to another room which smelled. Just as bad. Unhealthy place to stay. I will never go back. "

The location is super convenient right off the Main Street bus I didn’t feel the noise from the street at all. Just a little part that I think it could be better is the food..
