"Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool. "

We stayed at Trident Udaipur during end of march for 4 days, there were few hickups that were outside staff control , however they did their best to make our stay conformable and memorable. Special mention for their manager Urvi Mahajan .. she was always their for the guest .. Amazing service .. Keep it up .. "Historical 18th century building. Part of Udaipur history. Good hospitality . Ok food. Breakfast included and well made. 4 or 5 choices. Sewage smell in the room and lobby .Nearby construction . Room windows opened to a 5. 4 shut permanently. 1 opened to a white wall in .. No view at all of roads or lake Pichola from some rooms in the hotel. 2 Ms day occupancy was 5/35.. they could have upgraded me to a room with a view. They didn’t. "

"there is a rooftop restaurant which is very convenient. the room was spacious. however the main problem we had was with the staff. the front of house is great and helped us a lot to secure taxis to our other destination however the room service staff kept entering our room at any time (happened) three times without knocking and waiting for us to open the door. as a group of three girls that made us feel very unsafe and weird. we made sure to lock the door properly after that. other than that...

"Wow what a stay! To start, the view over the hills and the surrounding lakes are stunning complemented by the various rooftops and balconies. The pool was very relaxing, while watching the local farm animals and inhabitant birds. The icing on the cake were the homestay owners and staff.
