"The hotel is in a old well cared for building right by the main square which is across from the cruise ports which was our reason for coming. The hotel has a lift and a very modern feel. The wood floors are lovely. We appreciated how helpful the staff were and that the items in the fridge were complimentary. We would definitely stay again if in Trieste. "

"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay especially if you are on a cruise because of the close proximity to the port we just rolled our bags over. The food is wonderful although simple for breakfast and the front desk people are full of helpful suggestions for pasta laces to eat. The only problem we had was the a/c had not been turned on yet in Mid May and with windows open and a fan in the room it was very difficult to sleep. The bed was comfortable but too humid for a good nights sleep"

"Superb staff extremely helpful before I arrived, nothing was to much trouble. Hotel is immaculate all rooms have seaviews over Adriactic sea, 10 min bus ride from town centre bus tickets available from hotel and a mere 200mtr walk to bus stop. Restaurant food was superb and reasonably priced. Please note there are no irons in hotel but do offer a off site laundry and ironing service. "
