We like the Thai house Unfriendly staff and uninterested!! No welkom feeling! They do not explain anything , The house, the boat tickets, wificode, breakfast, swimmingpool, no restaurant open, no info about food and drinks, etc Breakfast was poor! Keep the resort but change the staff!!!!

Lovely.
Beautiful little resort with beautiful comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast. Perfect place to wait for boat to Ko Kood.

Good spot for one night stay
We stayed here overnight before catching the ferry to koh kood. Good little spot for that purpose. We got a complimentary upgrade to a chalet. Without that, I fear it would have been rather noisy. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. We had pad Thai and beers for dinner and that was nice. The toilets in the restaurant are really dirty and gross and the bathroom in the room could have been cleaner

Nice pool, damp smelling room
I stayed one night here on my way to Koh Mak, the room was adequate but old and smelt very damp. The only redeeming feature is the lovely pool. The breakfast was okay.

It’s going to boom one of these days so get here soon. Check in and Chill is a great place, nice rooms, great restaurant, very helpful staff. The piers a beautiful walk And only steps away from the hotel.

We travelled from London to Bangkok and then took an internal flight to Trat, and staying at this resort was a welcome break after travelling 24 hours. We stayed in the beautiful Thai House which was absolutely lovely and the staff was helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant right by the Laem Sok pier with little huts overlooking the sea and the food was incredible. Then the following morning we took the speed boat to Koh Kood.

A convenient stopover
Stayed one night before taking ferry to Ko Kood. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful arranging ferry tickets and taxi pick up. We were the only guests and it seemed a pity as there were lots of rooms available. Good aircon, free water, and good with modern facilities. The only complaint is the pool which whilst free from leaves and debris and with a filtration system had green water. They weren’t using pool chemicals to keep it clean as it is in the photos. The town was very quiet but we had a really good meal at the place with the tepee roof. Overall this was a good value stay considering how cheap it was.

Niet boeken want
Zwaar gedateerd, geen keuze bij ontbijt, staat is zwaar verouderd. Dit zou niet meer verhuurd mogen worden. Bedden zijn onbeslaapbaar, badkamer met rotte vloer. Ik kom woorden tekort om deze gribus te omschrijven.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli
Paras mahdollinen yöpymispaikka matkalla Koh Koodille. Perhehotelli jossa ystävällinen ja avullaan palvelu. Auttoivat mm. laivalippujen hakemisessa. Saimme ihan uuden bungalowin, joka oli siisti ja tyylikäs. Ruoka oli maittavaa ja erittäin edullista. Riittävä aamupala (vaihtoehtona amerikkalainen tai thaimaalainen aamupala). Suosittelemme lämpimästi!

Agréablement surpris par cet hôtel au bord de la route et à côté du port. Idéal juste avant de prendre le bateau. Nous avons prit la Thaï House. Tout en bois, bungalow spacieux, très propre et romantique lorsque vous êtes en couple. Équipements modernes, enceinte bluetooth, TV. Salle de bain avec douche spacieuse. Lit confortable. Personnel au petit soin à votre arrivée jusqu'au départ. Ils vous aident pour prendre le ferry ou le speed boat pour Koh Kood. Bref établissement au top et bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande vivement.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr günstig, die Ausstattung ist dementsprechend vergleichsweise gut bis sehr gut. Der Pool sah sauber aus, genutzt haben wir ihn nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich sehr. Das Essen (abends) war hervorragend! Das Frühstück einfach aber OK. Allerdings hatten wir zunächst mit zahlreichen Riesenameisen zu kämpfen, die Zimmer und Bad bevölkerten. Nachdem wir etwa 30-40 davon 'eliminiert' hatten, nahm der Nachschub langsam ein Ende und wir konnten ruhig schlafen. Die Betten sind OK. Ein leichtes Verschieben um etwa 1m von der Klimaanlage weg mit Umdrehen der Schlafrichtung verhinderte eine Erkältung in der Nacht. Nicht verhindern ließ sich damit aber der leicht schimmlige Geruch der Klimaanlage, der wohl ohne regelmäßige Wartung der Anlage auch nicht verwunderlich ist. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist dennoch sehr gut. Also zusammenfassend eine sehr preisgünstige Unterkunft, in der man mit hinnehmbaren Einschränkungen auch gut übernachten kann.

Udmærket gennemrejse sted
Stedet ligger meget tæt på den bro hvor mange både og færger lægger til, når man skal til øerne ud for kysten. Det er ikke ret stort og nogle værelser er meget spartanske, mens deres villaer en rigtigt gode. Vi ankom midt om natten i bil, men de var meget søde og stod op og gav os vores værelse. De hjælper med transfer og er vandt til at være gennemgangs sted. Intet overdådigt, men ok især til prisen. Havde sågar en nydelig pool.
