Great value in suburban location
I was impressed by the value for the price at B & B and would stay in one again. It’s not the ideal location for tourists without a car but if you do have a car there’s free parking that is ideal in France and can drive into the city for a visit and to eat out. There is a little road noise but it didn’t bother me, I’m use to it.

We had to spend an unexpected night in France, which unfortunately fell during a period of lockdown. The room was rather small - we had to squeeze around the bottom of the bed taking care not to hit our heads on the wall-mounted TV. Although a room for 2, there was only one chair. As we were confined to the room from 6pm and had to eat a takeaway dinner there, we asked for another chair - only to be told that it was not possible to move furniture. We know that the hotel was not full and we could see that around 20 chairs had been moved out of the cafeteria area, so didn't see would pose a problem. The staff were pleasant.

Lovely overnight stay
Easy to find, excellent location for food & being just off the motorway. Very small room but comfy big bed. Lovely breakfast. Big car park. Friendly helpful staff.

Clean and simple with ample parking.
Great staff,good breakfast with lots of variety and a clean spacious room. I was able to get into central Tours easily because the tram station is a 15 minute walk away. I did find locating the hotel difficult because the address was too general so my satnav could not get me there and I had to ask local people for directions.However highly recommended.

A warm welcome from the start
A well presented space with a friendly staff, who was at hand with a lovelly smile. As an English speaker my french couldn't go far, thankfully to googletranslate we even managed to have a laugh.

Basic hotel but perfect for stop over on route to Dordogne. Large Auchen supermarket with cheap fuel and ATM close by. Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate. Staff friendly and spoke English. Low price seals the deal.

An excellent example of this chain of hotels
We were very happy with our stay at this B&B hotel. This chain of hotels in France is very consistent with its quality and efficiency. We particularly like the excellent firm beds and quality linen. The rooms are invariably spotlessly clean. Rooms are on the small size but certainly suitable for a few nights. Another plus is the free Wifi which is strong enough for streaming video. Parking is free. Breakfast is also good value. Very happy to recommend.

Used this hotel for a one night stop. It is located within easy reach of the motorway, but was quiet. Room was clean and the bed big. Only two small pillows which were too soft to provide any support. This aside would recommend this hotel for one night stopovers.

A bit expensive for what it was.
Being a very large guy, I found the room very small. The bed was not very comfortable, with just a thin mattress on a board. To gain access when reception was closed, I found it very complicated, especially as there was no English instructions. But it was very clean, and the staff were friendly.

We had the most comfortable and peaceful stay in all of the hotels we stayed in in France and at such an amaxing price. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Being situated in a busy area we were surprised how quiet it was I would recommend it to everyone! for an overnight stay

Room was smaller than expected as was 4 of us but very comfortable and made up for it being so clean. Air conditioning was easy to use and bathroom had all the needed, water had very good pressure and was very hot. Had no kettle though

Disappointed
The front desk rep at night was very inconsiderate and rude but the property manager in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Some guest were smoking in the building hallways and the smoke was leaking in the room. When asked the front desk rep to change the room, he gave us the room on the same floor; few doors down. He would not give us a room on a different floor. Also, the carpet in the room feels very cheap and unclean. I did not feel comfortable walking bare foot in the room.
