The property is conveniently located close to the 401 and easily accessible. The check-in process was easy and welcoming, and it was easy and quick to find our room. The rooms were clean and conveniently laid out. The beds were comfortable with very firm mattresses and enough pillows. However, some maintenance was overdue in our room as a shelf in the bathroom was almost falling apart, the bedside table was holding on its cantilever for dear life, and some outlets were having trouble connecting.

The staff at this location are very friendly and courteous. Sadly the hotel is really starting to show its age with peeling wallpaper, broken phones in rooms, tiles falling off in the pool area and just general maintenance items. Everything was very clean, but a refurb may be in order soon. We also had issues with our keycards being deactivated 20 minutes before checkout, but we let the staff know and they gave a genuine apology. I am sure that was just a technical one-off. Despite some of the drawbacks I would definitely stay here again.
