Property was easily accessible by public transit and is ventrally located to downtown tokyo and disneyland/sea. However, after a long day of travelling there was no one to greet us at the front desk.
With suitcase, stroller, backpacks, and children in tow, we spent almost 15 minutes trying to reach someone through skype via an ipad screen. After the debacle of finally registering online to get a code for the keypad on the door; we finally got settled in our rooms.
The staff didn't provide room service to clean our room, empty our garbage or replace the 3 towels during our weeklong stay. When asking for clean towels we had yo oay extra. We were told to leave the garbage in the hallway and it would be collected the following day. Instead, our garbage bag filled with food refuse stayed in the hallway uncollected for 3 days.
On the plus side, the laundry machines work, but the dryers do not. Clothes were spinnjng in the dryer for an hour (100Y/30 min.) and cane out damp.
This is the definition of a 'no frills' hotel.
