Person at front desk when we checked in was rude, not just to us, but others as well. Rooms are not always as advertised. We reserved two Superior rooms, one was, but the other was old without any significant remodeling, with no temperature control, and not as pictured in advertising. When management was asked about a change or refund, they claimed that the room was still considered a "superior" room. So be aware that your room may be downgraded from your booking with no change in pricing. Parking available on-site is very limited and small so you better have a small vehicle. On the positive side, their breakfast is quite nice and the hotel is very close to a metro station. The superior room that we did receive as pictured was nice, but the bed is very hard.
