Unfortunately we got in super early, we landed at 5am, and by the time we got our luggage and taxi over, it was 9am, we were exhausted and was hoping to let in early as we’ve had experienced that in the past with marrriots, Hilton and ihg hotels. The front desk said check in at 3pm and wouldn’t budge. If we wanted to pay an extra 250 to check in early, we could. I did. The beds were very comfy!! I slept amazing. Spacious bathroom with seperated shower and tub. The room itself was a tad small. Hit/miss with front staff. Some were really nice. I wouldn’t have classified this hotel as 4 stars.. it was a disappointment. Also just next to a metro station and near restaurants.

I stayed in Seoul to attend a trade show at CoEx This was a convenient location. A quick walk to the main entrance. Plenty of restaurants available in the Starfield Mall and surrounding areas. Breakfast at the hotel was adequate and convenient. Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Rooms are somewhat small but the bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Will definitely consider staying again if I return for the trade show next year.

thank you so much. i was in seoul for work at coex and the location was perfect. i went to drop my bags off at 9:30, but was able to check in early. it was much appreciated. i will be back for the same event next year and will stay here.

Nice place near COEX mall, housekeeping did a good job with daily cleaning, breakfast was just average to even poor depending on your expectations. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast options nearby limited but a Starbucks is next door.

The hotel is nice and close to a metro (Bonguensa) and there is a bus-stop out the front, so transport is super easy. Theres a GS25 just in the station for supplies (not a 24hr one though) and you can walk right into COEX. The rooms are comfortable, and the bedding is super high quality down, very very comfortable. Overall a good choice if you need to be in this part of Seoul. I didn't use the restaurant, so cannot comment on breakfast however. Nespresso for coffee, so no kettle, which is good for the coffee, but bad for the lack of hot water for ramyeon/tea.

Very convenient to Metro Bonguensa station and a Starbucks next door for emergency coffee. The bedding they have at this hotel is just sublime, so comfortable. I booked again before I even left. I managed to work for a couple of days at the in-room desk on wifi with no issues at all.

Hotel+9 is in a good centralized location in Gangnam gu. All of the rooms face west, so there is a lot of bright afternoon sun, which tends to heat the rooms quickly. The hotel is relatively new (about 6 years) and kept in reasonably good condition. The bed was quite firm, not uncommon in Asia, but for anyone over 75 kg, it might be uncomfortable. The tv channel selection was pathetic, considering it is a tourist hotel. There is no ice machine available, so if you need ice on Monday, when the restaurant is closed, you're out of luck. There is a very small space to hang a few clothes, but no dresser drawers for clothes. The sauna and hot tub area does not exist. The business center has no equipment, except for a phone. There is a computer available for guests at the front desk, but it's a very public space. The Coex mall is across the street and can be accesses easily by going through the Bongeunsa subway terminal, close to the hotel's entrance. If you travel by bus, get a T card from a corner convenience store because some buses don't accept cash. It also works on the subways.

Good budget hotel
Hotel is good for the price you are paying. Near coex mall just need to cross the road through underground mrt and it is all connected. Mrt is just beside the hotel. A good alternative if you are on a budget. Room is quite small but still comfortable.
