Balinese style, walkable to walking street, restaurants and shops. Located on the sunrise beach, you can easily grab the snorkeling mask and walk into the sea and enjoy the coral reef and see a lot of fish, recommend to do it in the afternoon. Be ware of the millions mosquitos.

Very clean and well maintained, highly recommended! The beach is only a minute walk through some trees and the views are amazing there throughout the entire day. They also provide transportation from the pier to the hotel which makes it 100x easier to get from the pier to airport. Staff is very nice and the hotel provides a lot of the necessities to stay there like towels, toiletries, and etc. Again, highly recommended this hotel!

Relaxing and comfortable stay
We had a very positive experience at Mali Sunrise. They picked us up at the immigration arrival point on the main beach. The checkin was very quick and smooth. We were given the room I asked for on the 2nd floor. The room is very spacious with a big and comfortable king bed and a big sofa. They added a single bed for my daugther with a proper thick mattress. The bathroom is also big with a big shower and absolutely no bad smell. There is a TV, but we didn't use it, a mini fridge filled with water bottles. Plenty of space to put your stuff. The balcony is big with 2 chairs and a little table and a practical hanger. The pool is super nice, very cosy and esthetic. The water is quite warm. The garden is very well maintained. The bar/ restaurant at the beach is simple, but cosy and clean. They serve good quality food all day long till 730pm, so it's good for an early dinner, but if you want to eat later, you need to go to the 'walking street' which is at 10m' walking distance. In the morning they serve breakfast at the bar. You can order as much as you like. They have different options, the sandwiches and the muesli are super good. They also offer pancakes, fruit, fried rice, etc... We were very satisfied both with the quality and the quantity offered. They don't have a private beach, but they are at one end of the beautiful Sunrise beach, so it's a quiet corner with a limited amount of Thai boats in front. In front there is a tiny island, where you can snorkel

The most beautiful garden resort
We had lovely stay at Mali, the moment we arrived by the speedboat, there are staff there greeting us and took us to the resort. The room is right next to the pool and sit in the most beautifully maintained garden. Walking street, sunset view points are just walk away. Love the place, will recommend it.

Our first time at the resort and from the moment we arrived till the time we left, the hospitality from the staff and the location of the resort far exceeded our expectations. Granted a few things around the pool area probably needed updating but that didn’t deter from being a first class resort. Restaurant dining options were great, food was awesome, prices reasonable, and staff was very friendly. The proximity of the rooms to the beach was perfect and the pool was perfect temperature and beautiful. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Christmas time at Mali Sunrise '22
A group of 7 of us booked a 5 night stay for Christmas. My room looked very nice when I arrived. Towels were shaped into a nice Design on my bed ;) but the bathroom faucet's metal base was very loose and wiggled every time I turned the water on and off; there were small wrapped soaps, but I was surprised that there was No soap dish so I always dripped water on the sink when I used the soap. The shower head constantly leaked about 4 drips from diferent holes every second,so the shower floor was always wet &the water would seep over the low edge to the floor near the toilet where I moved a small floor towel closer to where my feet would be.I believe I told the owner &/or another male staff person at the restaurant (where we ate every morning.)One told me they would let his repair team know, but no repair was made in those 6 days. I also told him that my front door wouldn't properly lock&I tried to lock it more than several times each try everyday, but was unsuccessful 99% of the time.I didn't report these issues everyday but felt that some effort should've been made to fix the latch/lock on my front door. The service at breakfast was very good w/eggs,omelet w/sides of bacon,ham, hash brown wedges,sliced pineapple& watermelon,baked beans; plain yogurt w/fruit if requested (yogurt was very sweet)there was cereal &other items.OJ,milk,coffee.I think coffee/juice ws available aftr breakfast @10:30am.Great waitstaff, friendly,helpful ;)Nice small beach area,good location,Fun Vacation

The beach and pool were both incredibly beautiful and we had such a great time spending the week there. My only complaint would be about the breakfast options, but even those were complimentary so it's hard to complain. My family was there for over a week, so we all grew very bored of the breakfast options since they never changed.

Room and property is terrific. Staff were all wonderful. It did rain a little and the septic field in front of the building is stinky. The storm drain pipe which drains in the middle of the beach was broken and a bit stinky. They should extend this pipe to the property line.

Excellent resort with good view
This resort is so beautiful and the room is spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the garden view. I enjoyed swimming in the big pool and eating breakfast at the beach front bar. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful resort with large, comfortable rooms. The pool is fabulous, wrapping around the gardens in the centre of the resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location on Sunrise Beach.

The garden surrounding the pool area is lovely. The beach lounge is also very nice. This part of Sunrise beach isn't so crowded with longtail boats as the northern part. Also the lovely little beach cove by Ten Moons Resort is very close and accessible. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. We had a bit of a bug problem in our first bungalow but we could to another bungalow which was great.

The resort staff were very kind and always willing to help with whatever we needed. The facilities were nice. My friends and I really enjoyed their swimming pool and the resort location is directly on the beach which made it easy to enjoy both the pool and the beach. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. One nice perk of this resort is that they offer free coffee, tea and water all day.

Property had a great location, near both the walking street and directly in front of the sunrise beach. Front desk was not open the whole day, so you are on your own past a certain time. I scraped my knee from snorkelling during low tide and there was no first aid kit available. Toiletries were basic, but the layout of the Balinese suite toilet was odd because you had to put there was nowhere to place the toiletries in the shower. You have to put the shampoo and bath gel pumps on the floor. Restaurant was only open until 5pm, and the food was brought in from another place so it took 20 minutes. Tasted good though! Staff were helpful and friendly, but property felt undermanned. For parents with children, best to keep an eye on them.

Great place, quiet, big and clean bungalows with huge bathroom. Staff were all friendly, outgoing and very helpful. The only minor improvement I'd suggest is to skim/clean the pool more frequently. Lots of trees surrounding it so there were always a lot of leaves, seeds, etc. floating which made it a little less inviting to go in. But overall a really great place I'd recommend and definitely would stay there again.

Bedroom was dusty and had lots of mosquitoes at night. No robes and slippers provided. Loud aircon needed maintenance. Some gardening staff were unpleasant and made me feel unwanted. The resort is “closed” after 17.00 when I found two young people who were not guests standing outside my villa looking in after dark .. Nice snorkelling beach; lots of boat traffic in the morning. Pool was very nice, good food and pleasant service at restaurant and friendly reception service.
