Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We check in and got our first room. The room was in the very back of the hotel. Furthest from the office. We walk in. The floor is dirty. Hair in the sink, fake eyelashes on the floor. I go to receptionist to ask for a new room and ask if we can have a room closer to the front but he said they were all booked in front. I was confused because the parking lot was basically empty. Anyway, We get another room across the hall from the first. It’s a little cleaner but still had some stains on the floor. Go to take a shower, hair in the shower and shower gel container is empty. Had to hop out and get the little bar of soap. The only one given. The tv remote didn’t work. Had to take the batteries out and reinsert. It worked. Went to turn the volume up but even at its loudest setting it was too quiet to hear anything. The AC unit was leaking drops of water on the floor. Went to get dinner and when returned and the door to the building would not open. It just flashed red. Finally after pushing on the door to make it a tighter close, it turned green and let us in. I was so surprised at the condition of the hotel because it was a double tree. And we never got our cookie.
